What a fabulous morning. If you’ve never been then take yourself over to the Boathouse at Ellesmere for a coffee and cake or a fabulous meal! The views are stunning across the mere and not far from Whittington Castle, a great medieval treat. Watch the ducks and geese on the water but beware of the jumping pike…they take no prisoners and the duckilings aren’t safe!

I met up with the Lovely Sue who is organising a charity fashion evening there on the 8th of March.  Sue raises funds for CRY for Matthew which is a Shropshire, Cheshire and Staffordshire arm of CRY , Cardiac Risk in the Young. Sue unfortunately lost her son Matthew at 17 years old to an undiagnosed heart condition. She now devotes her time to raising funds and awareness with all the proceeds from her Mialisia business going to fund the screening of as many young people’s hearts as possible.

Ana from OSKA’s, the supplier of the very unique European and Japanese clothing, was on hand to look at possible clothing combinations for us. Our luscious lockets and Versastyle chains  will work wonderfully with the clothing choices and I can’t wait to show you… you may have guessed by now but I’m modelling!!

How would you wear yours?
