Tonight I’ve been strutting my stuff on a catwalk! It’s a long time since my student days when we had to model our own creations as part of my course. This evening was so much more enjoyable especially as we were raising funds for charity.
Sue had organised this evening at the Boathouse in Ellesmere to raise funds for CRY for Matthew. The charity aims to screen as many young hearts from Shropshire and Cheshire as possible to prevent sudden cardiac arrest.
All of the clothes modelled were from OSKA in Ludlow, make up from Youngevity and the jewellery was from Mialisa. All the proceeds from the sale of Mialisia through Sue’s account go to the charity. Tonight we raised £1,250 and at £35 to screen each heart I’ll let you do the maths to work out exactly how many hearts we helped!
